A better name would be something like "Switching Directions", but as I forgot to offer the poster a title the blame is mine! The big theme of the presentation is this: we'll often focus on a target or an area, and while it may be right - at least at first - sometimes our focus becomes a blinkered obsession. The examples in this ChessLecture.com presentation show that it's a good idea to be a bit more mentally flexible, and hopefully offer a little help towards that end.
