Wijk aan Zee Press Conferences
Monday, January 25, 2010 at 11:46AM The last three are available here, and they're worth watching - there's material in each that goes beyond what gets transcripted in the round reports. I'll embed the last one - Kramnik's presentation of Kramnik-Nakamura - below. (Ignore the intro claiming it's a Smeets game.)

I know this not "on" topic but here is the link to the interview (finally posted) that I mentioned early with Kramnik. It is for some reason only part of the original clip played on the air live. I don't know why they didn't play the full clip anyways: http://www.chessclub.com/activities/Corus10player.html
Wow, that video of Kramnik going over his win against Nakamura really shows you what an incredibly strong player Kramnik is.
Jeffrey, I had the same impression. It had the feeling of going through an old analysis of a Capablanca or some such luminary from the past. No doubt that the level of calculation he put into the game was much greater than the level presented, but wow!
And today Kramnik (with Black) rolled Carlsen. It's great to see the 'old' Kramnik playing with the ambition of the Kramnik of old - Vlad the Impaler is BACK. I'm starting to wonder if he can once again regain the Number 1 ranking in the world. Seems doubtful because of his energy levels and the rise of Carlsen, but it would be good to see.
