This Week's ChessVideos Show: Two Simple King's Indians
Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 10:09PM
Right here. I present a couple of recent King's Indians played in a club tournament, where I had White. The opposition wasn't especially strong, but that's part of what makes the games instructive: my opponents made errors in that opening that are typical of club play. Anti-KID players might watch with an eye to picking up some cheap points, while KID fans should watch in order to avoid certain pitfalls.
As usual, the presentation is free, requires no special software and is available on-demand for the next month or so.

It's about beating two 1700 players. That's too easy... :-)
It could be instructive for class B and C players.
Kindling: That's kind of the point. It's great to teach A players and up, but most people aren't. So if above average club players with lots of experience can make such mistakes, then it's not a stretch to think that a lot of people could benefit from the presentation.
