The US Chess Championship starts today - Friday - and I'll preview the event later on, in the morning. What I would like to announce now is that I'll do a couple of hours' worth of commentary tonight on ChessBase's Playchess server, which will be free to all Premium Members and available (for 50 Ducats) to those who aren't PMs but want to watch "a la carte".
It's experimental: if there are enough viewers, then I'll likely continue commenting throughout the event; if not, then not. So if you have the time and have a membership there, please drop in and watch, for our mutual benefit! The games start at 3 p.m. ET/9 p.m. CET, and I'll start doing commentary about an hour in.
