Karjakin Wins the ACP World Rapid Cup

It took him until the Armageddon game, but he pulled it off. First, he and Jakovenko had six straight draws: with White, Jakovenko was getting nothing (or at least not enough) with the Catalan, while Karjakin would follow by getting nothing against the Berlin. After four rapid games and two 3' + 2" blitz games, it was on to Armageddon. Karjakin had White and again got nothing from the opening (or the middlegame), for that matter, but managed to outplay his opponent from there. Even so, it was probably still most likely a draw up until Black's last move, which blundered a piece and gave the erstwhile Ukranian, now Russian the win.
