I'm a fan of GM Artur Yusupov's work, and as prophylaxis is an underappreciated chess concept at the club level you might want to consider an a la carte purchase of his new video series on Chess24 if you're not a member of the site. (If you're really serious about the concept, then you'll want to get Recognizing Your Opponent's Resources by Yusupov's trainer, Mark Dvoretsky, instead, or in addition.)
