Nakamura On His Recent Tournaments

Unfortunately for curious chess fans, as of this writing at least, he still hasn't spilled the beans about how he did in his informal 40-game blitz match against Carlsen after the blitz championship.

About the Carlsen-Nakamura match: rumors on Dailydirt say that the final result was 23.5-16.5, but that both players decided to keep the winner's name secret. frogbert (Mr. live rating Hans Arild Runde, a friend of the Carlsen family) hinted that they might unveil the secret later on, adding "Footage exists from the match, I have heard..."
Can we safely assume that if Naka isn't spilling th beans on the Carlsen match that Naka didn't win that match? I think we can but I' not sure.
